Three independent MPPTs let a large roof or ground-mount array be split into separate electrical operating points, reducing mismatch between sections with different orientations or string conditions. Each MPPT supports up to 42A and the inputs use a 2+2+2 string arrangement, making the HESP 14–18kW EU better suited to high-current modules and multi-array layouts.

● 380A Battery Throughput for 18kW Single-Phase Storage
The 18kW model reaches 380A charge/discharge current, giving this 48V single-phase platform the battery throughput needed for larger storage banks and high continuous loads. The HESP48180S380-H 18kW model supports up to 380A maximum charging and discharging current on its 48V battery platform, supporting high-rate energy exchange in large single-phase storage systems.

● 1.6x PV Oversizing for More Solar Availability
PV input up to 1.6 times rated inverter power gives the 14–18kW series more solar availability across changing irradiance while AC output remains limited by the inverter rating. Maximum PV input reaches 22.4kW, 25.6kW and 28.8kW for the 14kW, 16kW and 18kW models.
